Our Organic Grass-Fed Beef Liver is produced from cattle reared on organic pasture. Rich in flavour and packed with nutrients, liver is a traditional favourite that can be pan-fried, added to casseroles, or used in homemade pâté.
Due to the nature of our small family farm and limited availability, there can occasionally be a delay in this product being available, and orders may take 3–4 weeks to fulfil.

Our Free-Range Organic Chicken Thighs are succulent, juicy, and packed with flavour. Perfect for marinating and throwing on the BBQ, they also work beautifully in traybakes, curries, casseroles, and slow-cooked dishes.
Raised to high welfare standards and full of natural flavour, chicken thighs remain wonderfully tender when cooked, making them a favourite for easy, delicious meals.
Made by us here at Manor Organic Farm using quality organic beef, our burgers are packed with flavour and perfect for barbecues, family meals and quick midweek dinners. Prepared fresh in-house and made without gluten-containing ingredients.

Yes. every meat product we well is certified organic, meeting the highest standards of animal welfare.

We aim to deliver all meat fresh wherever possible. Fresh meat can be enjoyed immediately or frozen at home. Some products may occasionally be supplied frozen depending on availability, and we will let you know. For national deliveries, 100% of our order will always be delivered fresh.

Yes. We are a small family-run farm shop and have the flexibility to adapt, so we can prepare orders to your requirements. There is an option at checkout to add any requests, and we will also contact you once we receive your order.

Yes, we offer whole and half lambs, butchered to your requirements. this is one of the most economical ways to purchase premium organic meat.

Yes. We regularly stock beef, lamb and chicken offal, marrow/stock bones, although availability can vary. If you are looking for something specific please do get in touch.
