Lamb from our organic farm, butchered in our farm shop to your requirements. Bones and offal can also be included.
Once we have your order we will email to confirm, at which point please let us know if your require any particular cuts etc.
Lamb carcass weight approx 17kg
We usually butcher a whole lamb as follows:
1 x Bone-in whole leg and 1 x Bone in leg cut in half
1 x Bone in whole shoulder and 1 x Boned and rolled shoulder
Rib Chops, Barnsley Chops, Chump Chops & Neck Chops.
Breast on the bone, Sliced Liver & Whole kidneys.
Please note, there is currently a wait for whole & half lambs - please place your order but note they will not be dispatched until mid April
