We usually butcher a whole lamb as follows:
1 Whole Leg and 1 leg in half
1 Whole shoulder and 1 boned and rolled
Rib Chops, Barnsley Chops, Chump Chops & Neck Chops.
Breast on the bone, Sliced Liver & Whole kidney
